Emir Can Çıtak

Emir Can Çıtak graduated from Özyeğin University Department of Psychology in 2022 and started his master’s degree in Clinical Psychology at Nişantaşı University in 2023 to develop his deep interest in health psychology. In his academic studies, he focused on ‘The Relationship between Personality and Attachment Styles’, aiming to better understand the relationship and communication dynamics of individuals.

Çıtak stepped into her professional experience by doing an internship at Hayying Consultancy and Training Centre in 2021 and worked as a training coordinator after his internship. In this process, he had the opportunity to participate in trainings organised in different fields of health psychology and to get to know the functioning of the training-consultancy sector closely.

After the graduation, Çıtak started as an intern at Baltaş Group in 2022 and gained significant experience in the education and consultancy sector. In 2023, he joined the Research and Development Unit of Baltaş Group and contributed to the development and restructuring of training contents in the light of psychological science. During this period, he especially worked on Psychological Safety Culture in the Organisation, Development Mindset for Organisations trainings and the development of cognitive tests used in recruitment. At the same time, he is responsible for preparing data-based content for NudgeNetwork, which is based on the latest findings of cognitive psychology and aims to prevent decision errors caused by shortcuts or biases. He also takes an active role in the editorial board of Kaynak Journal, published quarterly by Baltaş Group, which deals with the basic issues of business life from a scientific perspective.
