E.Ensari Cicerali


Ensari Cicerali was born 1979 in Istanbul. After completing first and secondary education in Istanbul, he received B.A.degree from Bogazici University, and continued his master’s studies in Ludwigs Maximillians University (Munich), where he completed the Psychology of Excellence Program in Social and Organizational Psychology with a minor in Sociology. In 2012, making his dissertation regarding the moderating role of personal variables on performance outcomes after an organizational culture change experienced during mergers and acquisitions, he received the Ph.D. degree from Yeditepe University (Istanbul). He worked as a human resources generalist and then as an HR manager between the years 2004- 2013. In the meanwhile he started part-time lecturing in the Business Administration and Psychology Departments of several universities in Istanbul, to be appointed an Assistant Professor of Psychology in 2013 September. He worked at St. Gallen University Business Ethics Institute in 2015 as a visiting scholar for one year. His research interests cover important topic from work, health and environmental psychology including nudge design and behavioral economics. He has been working as a consultant at Baltas Group.
