In his academic studies, he focused on \u2018The Relationship between Personality and Attachment Styles\u2019, aiming to better understand the relationship and communication dynamics of individuals.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u00c7\u0131tak stepped into her professional experience by doing an internship at Hayying Consultancy and Training Centre in 2021 and worked as a training coordinator after his internship. In this process, he had the opportunity to participate in trainings organised in different fields of health psychology and to get to know the functioning of the training-consultancy sector closely.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">After the graduation, \u00c7\u0131tak started as an intern at Balta\u015f Group in 2022 and gained significant experience in the education and consultancy sector. In 2023, he joined the Research and Development Unit of Balta\u015f Group and contributed to the development and restructuring of training contents in the light of psychological science. During this period, he especially worked on Psychological Safety Culture in the Organisation, Development Mindset for Organisations trainings and the development of cognitive tests used in recruitment. At the same time, he is responsible for preparing data-based content for NudgeNetwork, which is based on the latest findings of cognitive psychology and aims to prevent decision errors caused by shortcuts or biases.
